GB Fly Shop's yellow weighted forward floating fly line 3wt is 100’ in length with a slightly muted color. It features dual welding loops. The forward weight is helpful for long cast with premium accuracy, especially in windy conditions. The first 20’ to 30’ is heavier allowing the line to shoot quickly from the rod in order to cover more distance. This is a prime choice line for beginners looking to experience long casts.

    I have only got to use once , but line seems to work well. Casts and floats good. At 100' it was a little long for my vintage Pflueger reel and could only use 15 yds of backing. Can not beat the price, and only time will tell as to durability. I will definitely buy again when my other rods need new line.
