Our matte green 6'6", 2wt, 4-piece fly rod blank is the first in our series of matte green fast action carbon fiber fly rod blanks. The length and action of this blank make it highly responsive and accurate. It is ideal for small creeks, streams and ponds. It has a tip over butt ferrule system and comes in its own black rod sock.

    Rod blanks and customer service.

    Have built maybe 100 rods using these blanks and have never been disappointed. But better than that the customer service with get bent is the best I have seen anywhere. They always ship fast and accurate. And if you need to contact them they have always responded quickly and taken great care of me. Always my first choice when starting a new rod. Always.

    carbon 6 1/2' fly rod blank for 2 wt line

    The service from the company has been great. Love the quality of the blank for the price. I'm an ultra light nut so made this blank into a combo spin-fly rod. 12" grip with sliding rings, a # 16 butt guide and finished with single foot fly guides. Line slides easy with this set up so tried a 4 wt line and manage to get line out almost 20 yds. Should be fun!
