We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every fly-fishing purchase made from GB Fly Shop. GB Fly Shop offers 30-day return policy on everything we sell. To make a return go to view completed orders. You can select the item you would like to return from there.
Email us the reason for the return and return any unused item to us with a copy of your receipt for an exchange or refund, minus shipping.

Once your return is received, we will process the return and issue you a refund.
