- Eligibility: You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item please contact us to arrange the exchange within the 30-day return window.

- How to Begin: To make a return go to view completed orders. You can select the item you would like to return or exchange from there.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and include a copy of your receipt or order number.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund or process the exchange as quickly as possible.
