Our Gold up-locking reel seat with burl wood arbor is a beautiful addition to any fly rod build. It features a single winding lock and includes is own butt cap. The inner diameter of the bore is 8.6mm and is ideal for some of our smaller blanks. It measures 3.92” in length and weighs .7oz.

As advertised, looks great
The Darling Bride was looking for something like this for her custom fly rod. I got this for her and she was thrilled. We're both career U.S. Navy veterans and this rod is Navy-themed: with deep blue rod, gold guides and silver wrap. It's gonna be gorgeous when it's finished! We were able to make a few modifications to this reel seat (such as mortise out the rear cap to implant a small Navy emblem). This is a high-quality item and we're very pleased with it.
