5 Carbon Fiber half-wells grip

I had the opportunity to use a rod this summer with a similar grip, and decided I'd give it a try. I've now had my rod built for a few weeks and really like this grip. The texture is just right for a comfortable grip. It's very light, was easy to ream (almost to easy, work slowly) and compliments my carbon tube reel seat very nicely. I'll be using one of these again.

This is a sweet grip, both light and attractive. I was a bit hesitant on how it would feel in hand but it is fantastic and took little time to adjust. I paired it up with a Matte Gray 6WT, zero regrets on it.

Not only look cool but are light weight and in my opinion has a more secure grip than any other grip I've used . Just be really , really careful when reaming as you can take away a lot of material fast which is exactly what I did . And it's easy to get the hole off center if your not careful .
