This translucent white 6’, 2wt, 3-piece s-glass fiberglass fly rod blank is medium-fast action and it is the perfect blank to help you get into small tight spaces. It is a dream come true for streams where space to cast is at a minimum. This blank has a preinstalled spigot ferrule system and comes in its own black rod sock. We offer a unique selection of components for this blank, including light reel seats, shorter grips, and single foot guides which seem to be the guide of choice on these blanks.

    this blank was purchased as a practice build blank but came in razor strait and unbearably sweet to cast even when just taped together as a mock-up with a 406 dt 2wt line. It also feels strong with a 3wt at short range. The translucent white allows a broad range of creative options for building. I always love when you can buy many times the the value you paid for.

    Did a quick build using this blank after not building rods for 15 years. Popped a 3wt Line I had on it and was throwing effortless 30 ft accurate casts in the parking lot of my store. Small kinks in the tip didn't effect the experience Why pay more?
