I needed to replace the cork and reel seat on a vintage bamboo fly rod with an up lock style and longer cork handle for better balance. The Reel Seat was better made than the photo actually shows.

I originally purchased 2 so I could could check them out. The picture does not do them justice and I cannot wait until more are in so I can order them to put on my bamboo flyrods

The picture does not do this reel seat justice! It is striking. I was expecting something more along the lines of the etched reel seats I had purchased in the past. But, this seat is actually engraved. It looks and works great on the 9' 5 weight rod I built.
