The matte black 8'6", 3wt 4-piece carbon fiber fly rod blank is made from 40T carbon (IM12) and features a fast action flex which loads with precision. This blanks flexible tip allows you to accurately whip the fly right where you want it.     I built a rod on this blank and liked it so much I bought another one for my son. It is a true fast action blank with a soft tip and powerful butt. I've been using it with a 4 wt. line but it casts a 3 wt. Just as well.

    Love the flex and light weight design. I've tied many get-bent flyrods carbon fiber and fiberglass for personal use and am always impressed with quality of materials n construction.
